If you doubt his passion, just listen to what he said about the next Olympics. Djokovic expressed a strong desire to compete in the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.
He’ll be 41 by then, which is quite surprising given his age now is 37.
He doesn’t need more achievements; his list is already endless. But when asked about retiring, he brushed off the idea. Recently, he defeated a top player who is 16 years younger than him in the Olympics final. Why retire when he’s still so competitive?

Djokovic’s Love for Tennis:
Even after winning everything possible, Djokovic doesn’t want to stop. He enjoys competing and training daily and remains exceptionally good at it.

In past statements about retirement, Djokovic mentioned he’d stop when he no longer enjoys playing or isn’t competitive anymore. Clearly, that’s not happening now as he just won the Olympic Games and shows no signs of slowing down.
For now, Djokovic continues on the ATP Tour. After his triumph in France, he’ll soon prepare for North American events like the Cincinnati Open and then aim for another major win at the US Open.
