Former tennis star Ivan Ljubicic praised Jannik Sinner for staying calm in all situations.
Sinner often appears unemotional on the court. He doesn’t show much excitement or frustration, always keeping his cool.
Sometimes he shows a bit more emotion, but mostly he’s very steady. This impressed Ljubicic, who used to coach Roger Federer.
Calmness on the Court:
Ljubicic thinks Sinner is ‘a wonderful example’ compared to some of his more emotional ATP colleagues. “I think Jannik Sinner is a wonderful example for young people. It’s not that others aren’t, but he has a particular way of doing things: he doesn’t get excited when he wins and he doesn’t make dramas when he loses.”

Staying calm under pressure is hard and takes practice. Some players have said losing focus isn’t good .
Fans might think this news shows how important it is to stay focused in sports.
Daniil Medvedev has talked about wanting to be calmer on the court too. That’s why Ljubicic admires Sinner so much; he treats tennis like a job and stays focused.
“He does his job, he delivers what he says,” Ljubicic added. “His greatest talent is to get to work like this, he doesn’t change his character and he will continue like this, and that will take him very high. We’ll see. He just won his first Slam and now continues to win more tournaments.”
What do you think about Sinner’s approach? Do you agree with Ljubicic?
